ENJOYING SUPER MEAL RX

 

Servings for 2 to 3 people.

In this recipe if there are more than 2 people simply add more ingredients.
For 1 person, simply add less, or refrigerate the larger portion and save it for later.
A blender is needed for this recipe.

Ingredients Needed:
30 oz or more of spring or purified water.
(Cold water is best, but is not necessary.)
¼ of a banana
2 to 3 tablespoons of Non-Fat Yogurt (preferably low in sugar)
2 to 4 strawberries
¼ to ½ of a cup of coconut milk shaken before opening).
This is optional: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Pure Cocoa Powder (sugar free)
Add two full scoops of Super Meal Rx
Blend for 15 to 30 seconds or to a desired consistency.
Serve in 10 to 16 oz glasses for 2 to 3 people
(For Dairy Free simply take out the yogurt.)

It's Simply A Divine Smoothie!

 

Servings for 2 to 3 people.
In this recipe if there are more than 2 people simply add more ingredients.

Ingredients Needed:

30 oz or more of spring or purified water.
(Cold water is best, but is not necessary.)
½ of a kiwi
¼ of a banana
2 to 4 strawberries  (or more if strawberries are small)
2 to 4 blackberries
2 to 4 red raspberries
¼ or ½ cup of coconut milk
(Coconut milk usually comes in a can, and needs to be shaken before opening).
1 to 2  tablespoons of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt
(preferably low in sugar content)
Add 1 and ½ to 2 full scoops of Super Meal Rx
Blend for 15 to 30 seconds or to a desired consistency
Serve in 10 to 16 oz glasses for 2 to 3 people.

Simply fill a 10 to 16 oz shaker cup full of spring or purified water
(cold water works great but isn't necessary).
Add 1 scoop of Super Meal Rx to the shaker cup
 Close the lid tightly
 SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE, and GO!

You should be out the door in 30 seconds!

Enjoy your shake while working out, on the way to work,
or where ever your destination may be!

For a thicker consistency mix the ingredients in a blender or shaker cup.

This is great to drink along with a nutritious meal to bring

You can drink it by itself to simply relax and unwind after a long day.

Ingredients Needed:
1 scoop of Super Meal Rx
The serving size of Super MealRx can be whatever you decide,
depending on what type of serving that you are having at that time whether it be ¼, ½, or 1 full scoop
1 to 2 cups of ice
10 to 16 oz of spring or purified water
1 Tablespoon of plain non-fat yogurt and/or ¼ cup of coconut milk.(yogurt and coconut milk are optional)
Banana Smoothie: Add ¼ or ½ of a banana to one full banana, depending on
strength of flavor and/or consistency that you want to have. The more banana
that you put into the smoothie the thicker the consistency will be.
Also please note, that bananas do contain fructose in them. So anyone with a
diabetic condition we don't recommend them to take more than ¼ of a banana
at one time in their smoothie.

Berry Smoothie: Add anyone of the berries, usually 2 to 4 strawberries is
sufficient. With raspberries or blueberries usually just a little more is sufficient.

Triple Berry Effect Frozen Smoothie. Add and mix all the berries together.

Strawberry Banana Frozen Smoothie:
Add  ¼ to ½ of a banana, and 2 to 4
strawberries.

Mix with the rest of the ingredients of the recipe, blend it all together, and you got a Power Packed Super Meal Rx Frozen Smoothie Blast
