Note: Add the amount of Super Meal Rx that has been advised for the allotted time slot to 10-16 oz of purified or spring water. Mix in a blender, a shaker cup or to consume as a drink it simply stirs in a glass. It may also be blended as a smoothie with ¼ banana or 2-3 strawberries with or without ice. You may blend enough for up to 2 days and store in the refrigerator. For simple use at work, take the loose powder with you in a sealed container and add to a shaker cup or stir in a glass. You may also pre mix enough for the day. We suggest you add a small amount of coconut milk to each Super Meal Rx Nutritional Shake (about 3 tablespoons). Don't forget your delicious Super Micro Nutrient Snacks. It's a great tasting, power blast of nutrients that curbs and satisfies hunger cravings. Hydration is necessary. Consume minimum four 16oz bottles of spring or purified water a day (at least 64oz of spring or purified water).
